商品の販売について
商品引渡し時期
ご入金いただいてから通常一週間以内に発送いたします。
但し、在庫のない場合や、繁忙期間中は遅れる場合がございます。
引渡し方法は、配送処理（大手運送会社・郵便局）とします。
不良品の取扱
商品到着時に必ず商品をご確認ください。
下記商品は、無料で至急交換させていただきます。
商品到着後、７日以内に弊社までご返送ください。
・申し込まれた商品と届いた商品が異なっている場合
・損傷している、汚れている商品
返品について
基本お客様の都合による返品はお断りしております。
不良品ではない商品で、お客様が返品をご希望される場合は、商品到着後、一度メールかSNS DMにてご連絡下さい。(faline@bambifaline.com)

その後弊社までご返送ください。
送料はお客様でご負担願います。
但し、下記の場合には返品はお受けできません。
・ご使用になられた商品
・お客様のもとで傷、損傷が生じた商品
・お客様のもとで加工、リフォーム等を施された商品
・納品時の商品ラベルをなくされた商品
支払い方法及び支払い時期
下記のお支払い方法をご利用になれます。

・銀行振込（前払い）
ご入金確認後、商品を発送させていただきます。
・代金引換
商品お届けの際に商品代金をお支払ください。
代金引換手数料がかかります。
・クレジットカード
VISA,MASTER,JCB,AMEX等のカードがご利用可能です。
ご注文後、カード会社の承認確認が取れましたら、商品を発送いたします。
商品代金以外の必要料金
・消費税（10%）
・送料 全国一律880円（税込）
・代金引換手数料 330円（税込）～ 1,100円（税込）
・お支払方法に銀行振込の手数料を選択された場合は、お振込み時に銀行への振込み手数料はお客様でご負担ください。
申込の有効期限
ご注文日から3日以内にご入金を確認できなかった場合は、ご注文を取り消させていただきます。
About product sales
Product delivery time:
Average dispatch time is within one week after we have received your payment.
However, it may be delayed if it is out of stock or during a busy period such as holidays.

The following products will be replaced immediately free of charge.

About returns:
We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・ Products used
・ Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
・ Products that have been processed or remodeled by the customer
・ Products without the product label at the time of delivery

After confirming we have received your payment, your item will be shipped.
・ Cash on delivery
Please pay the product price when the product is delivered.
A cash on delivery fee will be charged.

After ordering, we will ship the product once the approval of the card company is confirmed
・ PayPal, Apple ID etc,,,
Necessary charges other than the product price
・ Consumption tax (10%)
・ Shipping fee 660 yen (tax included) nationwide
・ Cash on delivery fee 330 yen (tax included) to 1,100 yen (tax included)
・ If you select the bank transfer fee as the payment method, you are responsible for paying the bank transfer fee at the time of transfer.
