返品の可否
■セールにてにお買上げを頂きました商品の返品、交換は 固くお断りいたします。予めご了承ください。
■通常価格商品の返品、交換をご希望のお客様は商品到着後7日以内にオンラインショップの「CONTACT」より

※交換は同じ商品番号のカラーまたはサイズ変更のみとなります。
品番の異なる商品との交換はお受けする事が出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

なお、下記に当てはまる状態の場合は返品、交換はお受けできませんので予めご了承下さい。
・割引対象商品
・試着ではなく、あきらかに着用された商品。
・お客様のもとで汚れや傷が生じた商品。
・タグや付属品を紛失してしまった商品。
・洗濯をした商品。
・ご返送時の状態がお届け時の状態と大きく異なっていた場合。 （箱、付属品も含む）
※返却の際にかかる送料はお客様負担とさせて頂きますのでご了承下さい。
返品に係る送料負担の有無
サイズが合わない、イメージと違う等のお客様都合による返品、交換の場合はお客さま負担でお願い致します。
不良品、注文の品と違う等の場合は弊社にて負担させていただきます。
その他
商品の価格が誤って表示されていた場合、お客様からのご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

Eligibility of returns
■ Please note that returns and exchanges of products purchased on sale prices are strictly prohibited.
Return conditions
■ Customers who wish to return or exchange regular priced items can contact us through the online shop’s "CONTACT" link within 7 days upon the item’s arrival.
Please fill in the necessary information on the inquiry form regarding the order details and the reasoning of the return/exchange and contact us.
* Exchanges can only be made by changing the color or size of the same product.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products other than the purchased item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.
-Discounted products
-Products that are clearly worn
-Products that have become been damaged or made dirty by the customer.
-Products which have had the tag removed and/or accessories have been lost.
-Washed products.
-When the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery. (Including box and accessories)
* Please note that the shipping fee for returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
Whether or not there is a shipping charge for returned goods,
Customers are responsible for returning or exchanging items due to customer reasons such as the size does not match or the image is different.
We will bear the responsibility for defective products or products that are different from the ordered products.

If the price of the item is displayed incorrectly, we may cancel your order.
